In my many years at exchange I am proud to say we have always upheld these values. As our company continues to expand year on year, and we continue to add products and services to our portfolio I am constantly aware that we must not damage or lose sight of what made us successful in the first place. 

My main focus has always been about building trust and strong relationships with our customers, my aim is to understand your business, how you communicate with the outside world and how you can make a return on the investment you have made in Exchange Communications and the product and services we provide.

We strive to give the best customer experience and the best possible service to our customers. Our objective is to make sure our clients are happy and that we are operationally excellent in everything we do, say and deliver. 

Understandably you may think every company will say these things, and it is just “rhetoric”but i am passionate about backing our claims up. We have an award winning service department and I am once again very proud to announce to you that Exchange have retained their BSI: ISO 9001 for maintenance and customer service for the fourteenth year in a row, we are one of the very few Voice and Data companies in the UK that have maintained the use of this accreditation. We also hold Avaya’s highest accreditation for Maintenance and Customer Service (Service Expert) and all of our staff are trained to the very highest standard on the equipment that we implement and maintain.  All of our efforts are to give you peace of mind that you are in the very best hands in the industry.

We may strive for perfection, but in the real world I acknowledge that problems can occur from time to time, some problems arise through no fault of our own, others may be operational deficiencies or intermittent technical faults.
