Welcome to the first blog from Exchange Communications.
Over the course of the past 20 years we’ve worked hard to establish ourselves as one of the UK’s leading independent telecoms companies and we pride ourselves on the close relationships we’ve nurtured with our clients. In fact, this has been one of the key factors of our success to date.
We’ve always believed it’s important to be open and transparent with clients and this blog marks a new era in our efforts to strengthen our relationships with new and existing customers. It will also act as a window into the world of Exchange Communications, allowing you to meet the staff and give you a better idea of the goings on in our company. For what it’s worth, we’ll also throw in the odd comment and opinion on developments within the telecommunications industry.
For those of you who’re not familiar with Exchange, we specialise in the Avaya product portfolio and have been awarded Platinum Enterprise accreditation status, something we’re immensely proud of.
We work with companies and organisations drawn from a wide range of sectors supplying and installing everything from basic business telephone systems to complex enterprise networks, encompassing SIP, VOIP, ISDN and unified communications, integrated voice and data phone systems and contact centres. But that’s enough of the shameless plug, find out more about our services.
The current economic climate is forcing many companies to introduce a raft of cost-saving measures but it hasn’t impacted on the continual need to be able to communicate. Trying to run a business without a phone system would be near impossible, but how do you select the correct system? With so much complex technology available on the market it can be a difficult decision to make.
Modern communications systems can deliver a business advantage that start-ups and mature businesses need as a differentiator in this very competitive marketplace, and having worked with over 1,000 SMEs throughout the UK, Europe, North America and beyond, we are well placed to help businesses make an informed choice.
So feel free to get in touch if you’d like some advice on any aspect of telecommunications and watch this space for our next blog installment.
