Users can upload and view slides or documents and annotate them with a group in real-time. They can also share individual applications, such as an Excel document or share entire desktops to facilitate a virtual work session.

Recording and playback of the audio and Web portions of the conference (available only with Avaya Meeting Exchange Enterprise).Simple file sharing allows meeting materials to be posted by the moderator and easily downloaded by participants. (Available only with Avaya Aura™ Conferencing Standard Edition)Stream video from simple USB webcams.Brandable and customizable interfaces.
Integrating Avaya Web Conferencing with either Avaya Aura™ Conferencing Standard Edition, or Avaya Meeting Exchange Enterprise audio conferencing solutions enhances the meeting experience by allowing hosts to monitor and control the activity of participants in the conference. An integrated participant roster, which appears in the web conference interface, provides a range of capabilities:
Access the audio and Web portions of the conference with a single set of login credentials.Identify speakers, or noisy lines, in the audio conference.Mute individuals or the whole audience.Disconnect participants.Start and stop synchronized recording of the conference. (Option available only with Avaya Meeting Exchange Enterprise).
