The Avaya Flare Experience leverages the SIP-based Avaya Aura™ communications architecture to deliver improved real-time communications to the desktop user without requiring a parallel video infrastructure as many of the competing solutions do.

HD Desktop Video

The Avaya Desktop Video Device provides a true multi-modal and multi-session user experience that integrates with enterprise and social media contacts while providing integration to Avaya Aura™ Presence Services, Instant Messaging, Microsoft Exchange and contact mash-up. The user experience and user interface combination enables the efficient and effective gathering of people to improve work flow, reduce human latency, while reducing stress on your executive and highly productive power collaborators.
