International Toll Free Numbers
Exchange Communications International Toll Free (ITF) numbers enables your business to have a 'local presence' in over 100 countries around the world. For example, your company is based in London, but wishes to advertise for business in Europe or South America. Exchange Communications would then supply a 1800 or 0800 toll free number that connects to your phone system in the UK. The customer in Europe or South America gets a free call, and your company pays a few pence a minute to receive the call.

How Toll Free Numbers work
When your customer phones your international toll-free number his call is automatically (and instantly) redirected to whichever phone number you have given us. You can change this "destination" number as often as you want, for free. So even if you move office or you simply want the calls redirected to another phone for a short period, your international freephone number stays the same.
No extra lines or equipment to buy
Rest assured that when you buy a Exchange Communications international toll free number, there is absolutely no requirement for extra phone lines or any equipment whatsoever. We simply divert the incoming calls to an existing number of your choice. Your phone will continue to receive calls on its original number as usual as well as the incoming toll free calls, and can be used to make outgoing phone calls as normal.
Call Queuing
Queue callers you cannot immediately answer; bespoke 'comfort' or sales messages can be played, together with the callers place (number) in the queue.
Time of day routing
Route calls to multiple destinations, depending on the time of day, or day of week.
