Coronavirus Statement from Exchange Communications CEO Tom Sime

With the news dominated by Coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide, I wanted to inform you that our existing and robust business continuity plans are being enhanced to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, customers, business partners and suppliers and we will adjust them as the impact of this virus changes.

We are closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organisation and national and local government guidelines and we have procedures in place to ensure our business services continue to operate as normal. Should the situation develop, and the government advice of home working is enforced, our facility to provide services from home working are in place. Exchange interaction with our customers will be fully functional and operating as normal. Customers can be assured that the services we provide for you will not be affected.
